This album is a single piece, divided at a natural point between its two dominant themes or moods. Improvisationally created on Eurorack analog modular synthesizer, it owes equal debts equal to Romantic pastoral tone poems and to cyberpunk's jaggy pixelated edges. (There's a beach scene in William Gibson's "Neuromancer" that came to mind when I was editing and mastering the album.)

The music itself is a soliton quivering along a spectral geodesic between overstimulation and serenity.

It is in symbiotic duet with "Cyber Path(ology)" in that both evoke cyberpunk aesthetics and electronic musical sources. "a day on the digital beach" uses many more of my Eurorack analog synth modules in complex interaction, whereas "CP" is a two-oscillator mad dialogue.
